This was the final project for the class on Lettering taught by Iván Castro. We were tasked with exploring a concept of our choice and creating a lettering piece expressing that concept in one word. I chose to use the concept of nostalgia, based on old broadway and film posters and lettering from children’s books. The final world I used for the project was “Yesterday”, which i turned into a poster for the Beatle’s song of the same name.
